Kids and Youth

Our younger generations are doing incredibly well.

Even with the pressures of modern life and social media, they are still charging forward and finding their way amongst it all.

Sometimes though, we all need a little help - and our younger generations are no different. Despite their incredible resilience - in recent times we are seeing an alarming rise in anxiety, mental health issues, social angst and more, so we need to step forward and do what we can to support those in need. As well as the above, unsurprisingly we are also seeing more and more digestive issues, diet sensitivities, allergies and emotional imbalances.

Jeff enjoys working with younger generations, and helping them understand what balance feels like for their heads and their bodies, and how they can stay strong. It’s an important place to start in the context of modern living, and an important step towards healthy personal change and growth in the future.

The younger your child the more you will need to be involved. Support for any sort of change is helpful, and as a child or younger adult, someone else beside you going the same direction makes all the difference. Light heartedness and relatability are also paramount for kids to be able to learn, have fun and feel comfortable, and so sessions with Jeff are both flexible and tailored - with varying levels of participation from parents or carers at different times.

As we go along, a lot will depend on each child’s level of communication and comprehension as to what sort of an understanding they themselves will gain, and how many sessions we have together.

For older teens and youth we usually work on our own - keeping any parents or carers informed along the way.
